Bu genetik bilgiyi ta\u015f\u0131yan yap\u0131 asl\u0131nda gen dedi\u011fimiz par\u00e7alardan olu\u015fur. 1868 y\u0131l\u0131nda Freedrich Miescher \u2018\u2019n\u00fcklein\u2019\u2019 ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fi DNA\u2019 n\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulunan proteinden farkl\u0131 olan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u2018\u2019\u2019 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan yap\u0131lar\u0131 ke\u015ffetmi\u015ftir. 1919 y\u0131l\u0131nda Phoebus Levene, n\u00fckleik asitin yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan Adenin Timin Stozin Guanin ad\u0131 verilen organik bazlar\u0131, \u015fekeri ve fosfat\u0131 ke\u015ffetmi\u015ftir.
