Adli bilimler, su\u00e7lar\u0131n ve hukuki uyu\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, adli psikoloji, adli genetik, adli kimya, olay yeri inceleme, balistik gibi bir\u00e7ok alt dal\u0131 bulunan multidisipliner bir bilim dal\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r. Adli bilimlerin \u00f6zellikle cinayet vakalar\u0131nda, olay yeri inceleme sonucunda a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan kan, sa\u00e7, k\u0131l, semen vb. gibi delillerde kimlik tespiti, \u015f\u00fcpheli bulma, \u00f6l\u00fcm sebebi bulma vb. gibi olaylar i\u00e7in biyolojiden, \u00f6zellikle de genetik biliminden yararland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca, akraba, anne veya baba kimlik tespiti i\u00e7in de adli genetik bilimi kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.pexels.com\/photos\/356040\/pexels-photo-356040.jpeg?auto=compress&amp;cs=tinysrgb&amp;w=1260&amp;h=750&amp;dpr=1\" alt=\"Free Erkek Beyaz Elbise G\u00f6mlek Stock Photo\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adli biyoloji ve genetik biliminde kimlik tespiti ve toplanan numunelerin kime ait oldu\u011funun tespit edilmesi genel olarak birka\u00e7 ad\u0131mda \u00fcst \u00fcste ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen deneylerle olur. Bu genel deney a\u015famalar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da s\u0131ralanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>DNA \u0130zolasyonu: Toplanm\u0131\u015f olan numunede bulunan DNA \u00f6rne\u011fi saf olarak elde edilir.\u00a0<\/li><li>Polimeraz Zincir Reaksiyonu (PZR): Saf olarak elde edilen DNA \u00f6rne\u011fi daha kolay kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma ve tespit i\u00e7in polimeraz zincir reaksiyonu denilen makinede \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131l\u0131r. Her reaksiyon sonucu 2<sup>n<\/sup> kadar DNA kopyas\u0131 elde edilir. (30 reaksiyonda 2<sup>30<\/sup> DNA kopyas\u0131 gibi)<\/li><li>DNA Jel Elektroforezi: \u00c7o\u011falt\u0131lan DNA \u00f6rne\u011fi kontrol grubuyla DNA jel elektroforeziyle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcr ve bu \u015fekilde polimeraz zincir reaksiyonun hatas\u0131z ger\u00e7ekle\u015fip ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi\u011fi tespit edilir. E\u011fer elde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmak istenen iki veya daha fazla DNA \u00f6rne\u011fi varsa (kimlik tespiti veya numunedeki \u00f6rne\u011fin \u015f\u00fcpheli \u00f6rnekleriyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi) sekanslama yerine kimlik tespiti yerine tercih edilmektedir. Bunun sebebi sekanslamaya g\u00f6re daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve daha ucuz bir y\u00f6ntem olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><li>Sekanslama: \u00c7o\u011falt\u0131lan DNA \u00f6rne\u011finin n\u00fckleotit dizilimi s\u0131ralan\u0131r. Sekanslama, Sanger sekanslamas\u0131 veya Yeni Jenerasyon Sekanslama (Next Generation Sequencing \u201cNGS\u201d) ile yap\u0131labilir. Sekanslama sonucu bulunan DNA dizilimi, veri taban\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak kimlik tespiti ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere adli genetikte bir\u00e7ok y\u00f6ntem kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
